Refund/Cancellation Policy

Once you submit your application, you will receive immediate access to the program learning content. An email with access instructions will be sent to your associated email address.

If you are paying via a credit card: (For full payment)- Upon submission of application, you will automatically be charged $899USD which includes the PACS program, and the exam fee. (For partial payment)- Upon submission of application, you will automatically be charged the first of three installments of $349.99USD. Per NBPAS payment terms & conditions there are no refunds once access is granted to the learning management system and you are required to pay the full fee even if the program regardless of completion status.
